Recruitment Campaign
Client Challenge:
A Mechanical pipe joining solutions was in to run a recruitment campaign for seeking jobs for their warehouse. The primary campaign objective is driving traffic to the to their site to have users complete an application submission. Measuring success is based on site traffic and conversions.
The Solution:
As the main KPI was to drive conversions, we built out a strategic search build to help drive job applications. Additionally, we ran a targeted display program as we want to drive site traffic.
The Results:
The campaign exceeded the overall goals with 1,800 conversions, 25% conversion rate with an overall CTR of 6.50%. Conversions were measured by form submissions and 3-page depth on the site. Paid search drove 5.7K users to the site with 14.9K page views since launching the campaign. We had a goal of 2.4K clicks for the campaign and we delivered 6.9K clicks. Overall the client fillies all their manufacturing jobs as well as other jobs that needed to be filled from our paid media.
